GIMP is the freeware version of Photoshop, for anyone interested.
It's fairly versatile but it can't do everything Photoshop can but I'm pretty sure it can deal with transparencies.
It might be a little much for a novice user.
Still, here's a link if anyone is interested in it.

All over the place. Some are downloads from torrent sites; some are found on streaming services; some are picked up off forums.
Some are full movies, some are 50-second clips.
I have close to 60 sites bookmarked, a few for specific things -- like footjob or orgy clips, and some are databases to I can find which scenes have creampies or swallow or anal.
Searching for the performer's name on DuckDuckGo is a good starting place.
Nothing I find is ever in gif or webm form. So you need a third-party app to crop, split and convert the file to something usable for the game.
Then there are freeware apps to crop and convert the files that are listed somewhere in this forum.
I have access to paid apps through my real-life job so I can't tell you the free ones but maybe someone else can point you in the right direction.

I have also added a complete set of transparencies in my girlpack portraits folder. Click on the link in my sig, look up the Ava Koxxx directory, and copy it down.
I do this pretty much for every new pack that gets released, for my own purposes. If others provide transparencies or bios or json_data, I appreciate the help, though! So I stole the files you provided, DOaccolon, to make a full base set for Ava. Hope you don't mind!
If you do Candee Licious, I had started on a pack for her but have only done the base data and I am unlikely to get to her anytime soon. Transparent portraits, json data, and bio can be found in my portraits folder, feel free to start from there.
I believe IAFD should be considered definitive on a performer's preferred name and spelling. They are pretty much the standard that everyone else steals from. Most of the major studios send them data about their new releases. As a result, IAFD is also the best database around, if you want to find what kinds of scenes a girl has done, and which sites have what stuff. That's not to say that some things don't slip through the cracks, and they don't really cover some genres like JAV and cammers, but they are remarkably thorough considering the vastness of the industry.
I didn't care about transparencies before this tool was pointed out. It's so much easier than anything else I have found, that I have actually started a project to provide complete transparencies for every girl in my portraits folders. Pass 3! (First pass, providing complete sets of portraits for portrait to portrait75. Pass two to add portrait100. Pass three, to convert everything to transparent portraits.)

For the record, the only thing a JSON needs to be viable is the name field, everything else has a default programmed in.

I maintain some paid subscriptions, to a variety of porn sites. There are also hacks to get files from tube sites like Pornhub. Many sites provide free samples. These samples are generally edited so they are not all that good for fapping, but they can easily provide the 15 to 25 second clips the game requires. That is where I get most of my deepfake footage, but I do maintain accounts with a few deepfake creators.
(I played around with deepfake software for a while, but have given up. It is too finicky for me, and I don't enjoy thousands of frame by frame adjustments.)
I use the base photo editor from Windows for the vast majority of my film editing. The include movie editor is all I really need.

Nathaly Cherie Great pack but I don't think the JSON data folder was included, she can't load into the game for meAnother batch of video packages
I thought tomorrow or the day after tomorrow to lay out these packages, well, the process of work today went pretty quickly + good mood

This actually does it quite nicely, drag your image in, wait for it to do it's magic, use the tool to stretch and move the image till it fill as much of the box as you can, jobs a good'un. Takes between 30 seconds to a minute and the ai process works pretty well. Occasionally you'll have to manually delete a couple of things but usually you don't.
Just saying, I pointed this site out nearly 3 weeks ago...
Here's another one that can be used to upscale 'vintage' images that are usually lower resolution.

Do we have a standard list of descriptors for things in the JSON file?
eg. 'petite' for body type and 'large' for bust type.
The Brokers seem to search for these terms so it seems like a good idea for us to all be using the same terms.

There is a list but I always recommend Sailer's app for this since once you load in a girlpack you can just drop down and select the options you want. No text editing or proper syntax necessary.
