You're missing video codecs, simple. The used codecs are actually base in last win 10 versions, so I'm guessing you're either using one of the first versions of Win 10 ... or Win 7 or something.Thanks for the answer. I won't be getting a new PC any time soon, and I'm reluctant to move to Windows 11 on my current one, so I'll keep editing the packs that I have.

Read the page, decide what version you want and install. That's all there's to it actually. With this codec pack you shouldn't have any issues playing .webm and or .mp4 formats used (in game and/or out of game).
