I don't know which OnlyFans girls are considered famous, but the packs I know of off the top of my head with OnlyFans content are an Elly Clutch pack from CaptC, and a HannahOwo pack that someone else made. FYI, vertical videos just get the top and bottom chopped off in the game, so a lot of those clips would need to be re-rendered if you want to actually see HannahOwo's face.

I think it probably would be possible for the dev to change the settings of the "player" game object in Unity, but I think they've dropped any plans to make further updates. They've declared that there's nothing more to do, even though there are a ton of little polishes and quality-of-life improvements. It seems like they just got tired of working on this project, which is understandable, since they aren't even the original dev.
It’s pretty easy just a bit time consuming, you only really need video editing software and a bit of time. If you download the example girlpack you’ve got all the templates and just fill in the gaps.
Like most things in life, once you do it for a while and get the hang of it, create your own system, it goes fairly quickly. When I create one that's about standard size for me, which is about 200 videos, I can knock it out in a couple of hours. You need a good video cutting software (I use Bandicut) and it helps a LOT to keep the vids for the girls organized and separated, so it just lets you go easily from one to the next as you need them. Its also hugely helpful to keep all of the output girlpacks in one place too. I keep all of my "raw" porn videos on one external drive, and all of the girlpacks on another, to simplify it.
If you're a total noob to video editing, that'll probably be the biggest barrier to entry. Once you get to used to that, the rest is pretty simple. How long it takes depends on how thorough you want to be. I've found that if like a girl's face, I can't leave a scene without making a clip for every bit of footage I like (often dozens per video). But if you have more restraint, it'll probably go a lot quicker.
My suggestion would be to look for a video cutter as opposed to a video editor. An editing suite can be overwhelming as a newbie, whereas a cutter is mostly slide and save. It will save you a lot of headaches starting out.
On the other hand, those could result in much larger files, which might cause a different sort of headache depending on their available hard drive space.
Obviously, some people may indeed have very small amounts of space, but I don't think that the cutters leave you with massive files. I use HD vids whenever possible, cut into 30 second segments, and when I'm finished with a pack its usually between 2-4 gigs. About the same size as a typical game of other styles found on F95.
I was only thinking about ease of use for someone with zero to nil experience with an editing suite, even the simplest can be daunting when you don't know what you are looking at.
