1. Set up your sceneJust be aware that this is a very temporary solution, and so often not a great choice. Geometry visibility like you are doing there is considered session dependent by Daz. What I mean is, it is not saved.
1. Set up your scene
2. Hide the unwanted polygons
3. Save your file
4. Return later and open your file to continue working/render/fix something.
5. Be shocked that the "neck ring" is back, visible, and showing up in your render.
