did you check for fetish check ?80% of NPCs have either pure black or red skin for some reason
well, if you look at social networks, in reality it is allways minority which is loudest and most demanding. but to say on topic, i think creating some gay content (even with multiple males, not only 2) will surely find audience (surely it will not be majority, majority will simply ignore it if it will be added).I don't think so. At the moment, I'm developing only for male/female content (and a side of female/female in the future). For example, doggy anal would have the dom animation on the male and the sub animation on the female. Since I'm using Humanoid animations, it's possible to add the sub animation to the male too with having to add a new animation to make male on male action possible. It's not a huge task but would be some extra work. I'm not planning to add that but I could release a patron poll to check if it might interest the majority. Though I think most of my patrons would be more interested in proper waifus material and submission lol
i think they should focus in complete the game before adding aditional content, there is plenty of games with dual tastes who ends with a poor implementation (or abandoned) (or with eternal ongoing) due to the duplicated workload for both of them. It's not only change "women" for "guys" and press a button. If you want good set of events it requires time. They can always work on that in later releases. I mean, i think that the game is not solid enough at this state of development.well, if you look at social networks, in reality it is allways minority which is loudest and most demanding. but to say on topic, i think creating some gay content (even with multiple males, not only 2) will surely find audience (surely it will not be majority, majority will simply ignore it if it will be added).
and there is reason why to consider adding it. money. gay games are less common than normal games, so gays are more likely to spend thiers money on good gay games. add to this sissification, and you will have even bigger audience reach.
or just create support for this, so modders can create and add thiers desired mods there.
well, actualy it a lot depend on how game is made. engine wise. Yes, sometimes doubling content means doubling needed work. sometimes not.i think they should focus in complete the game before adding aditional content, there is plenty of games with dual tastes who ends with a poor implementation (or abandoned) (or with eternal ongoing) due to the duplicated workload for both of them. No, just going very very slow those last months. Is this dead?
The first game used models from honey select, so this might be his first time making models from scratch, cut the guy some slackEnjoyed the first one but it's a bit ludicrous the CG's are so bad in this, it isn't 2005 anymore. Dev has nearly a decade of experience, he should be able to produce CG's with some decent lighting and models from this decade by now. There really isn't an excuse for such old school CGs.
Huh>> its the same company/guy who made the first game, and the first game heavly used assiets from honey select...Game 1 is developed by a large company with potentially decades of experience, huge funding and technology to optimize and develop a finished product that runs smoothly with astonishing graphics.
Game 2 is developed by a solo indie dev who probably still works a day job to make ends meet.
While I understand the confusion its a very superficial thing to comment on / critizise, optimization is one of the hardest things to do in game development.
Give it some Time and Daedolon will work on optimization eventually, until then you sort of have to wait for the more important aspects of the game to be dealth with.
Of course you need windows. Glassix 2 is not some small VN project where you just fuck girls in a linear story. It's about making some kind of multiverse where players will be able to create their own cities, buildings, locations, furniture, characters and so on to create their own stories and share them easily. And in those universe, you'll control most aspect of the NPCs, their appearance, outfits, jobs, business and so on...AWWW...
everything looks just awful. my eyes hurt. the color scheme is just awful. is the author colorblind?
the text is too small - you have to strain your eyes a lot. besides, the font was chosen poorly.
this is the first time in my practice that I praise a project made on the basis of RPGM.
why was it necessary to make everything in 3D? women's faces are scarier than a nuclear war.
the way it was done in "lab rats 2" was just quite good, of course it could have been better, but the way it is is also not bad, although there too you had to look with a magnifying glass at some parts of the screen, but at least there the video card does not howl with fans!.
gameplay variability, replayability? due to the player's sore eyes? all this is questionable. and the new interface - like with Windows - before you have time to get used to one thing - a new Windows comes out and you have to re-learn what and where is. Windows ideology - fight, search, find and... lose =)))
The idea of the game is not bad. But for the implementation of the idea I want to shit in the author's hands.
sorry for last comment but it was pain talk - my eyes really sore.Of course you need windows. Glassix 2 is not some small VN project where you just fuck girls in a linear story. Models look ugly for a few reasons: shaders could be better, textures could be handled better, lighting is a mess and the morphs are not the prettiest from the screenshot indeed but the models come from Daz which is one of the best 3D character on the market, albeit not really video game friendly, and are closer to real life than the first game which was using SBRP asian models. But you can get some pretty nice girls with the current character editor if you take time. How about creating one to your taste and send me the card so I can use it as a template for randomizing NPCS?
Glassix 2 is complex and will give you total liberty of how you want to live in your city, be homeless, find better jobs, get promotions, open your business, hire sexy employees, corrupt them, become mayor, pass law to make nudity mandatory in the city and whatnot... Give me a single other game in which you can do that and in which you can customize the characters as much as G2, be it appearance or clothes, made by an INDIE SINGLE dev... Not a team...
I'm learning everything by myself, all aspects of creating a 3D video games so yes, it's a mess, but I think it's less of a mess than other games made by single dev, give more freedom in gameplay, there's a clear goal in my head to deliver proper tools to achieve what I just described, it might not focus on pretty graphics like most players want to but I don't really care, there are already plenty of other video games with prettier graphics. My goal is to make the best sandbox simulation game out there focused on magic and control over the NPCs and I'll get there, albeit very slowly since life gets busier, support is dropping meaning I have less time to focus on the project than before. But that's life and the show must go on, which I'm fine with.
You're not the first one to complain about the small text. I'm assuming it's due to UI scaling on 4K monitor which makes UI really small, I work with 2K myself so never noticed. I'll have to scale UI properly like you said. I'll look into it.sorry for last comment but it was pain talk - my eyes really sore.
please do better text palette setup more eye-friendly in next updates. and text size also. at all make text customisation menu.
and class - in the other VN where students sit in 16(4x4) places (or even 12=4x3) - it was really good for the eyes. and for videocard haha. number of students in class was less than 16. no need for this huge class rooms.
(btw people with this graphics remind me other project - Objects in Space (also Unity based).)
v0.14 will go public tomorrow but only focus on the event editor so not much to play with for casual players. Unless you're interesting in creating your own mod and eventsany info about new version ?
1920x1080 - internet say it's 1080p full hd. =)You're not the first one to complain about the small text. I'm assuming it's due to UI scaling on 4K monitor which makes UI really small, I work with 2K myself so never noticed. I'll have to scale UI properly like you said. I'll look into it.
