It's a bit strange sounding, but here's what I can pull from the Event List:
You must be in your house
Aiko must be in the room and own her Sexy Casual outfit
Daisuki's Affection and Obedience must be at or greater than 160 each
The time must be between 7PM and 10PM (19:00 -> 22:00)
When all of these requirements are reached, the event should fire.

Yes. You'll notice that Lily roams at that point but you can still bring her girls on Sundays.
