Well, after all last night's initial work and this morning I fired it up after porting blind and nothing exploded. I'm now hooked in with the latest Core:
So, that's the base UI covered... now on to the nasties... recoding the previous chapters and insuring those ported at least minimally correctly. I'll have to make another pot of coffee for this.

IRL issues: I've some massively catastrophic infrastructure failures on this property due to employee error ( 80hp tractor versus a 4" water main, the tractor won :/ ) coupled with the current heat wave/drought require my attention for more than a few hours per day/night right now are slowing me down on getting this done. Currently I have it all ported to the latest Core and recoded through the last update (in theory). I did all this blind without any speed runs from an initial new playthrough but that doesn't take long. If I didn't fuck any of that up then I can actually start on new content. I have no ETA... again IRL responsibilities and obligations trump coding cartoon porn so please forgive me for being slower updating SanchoMod on various VN's as of late.
I've not heard from the dev regarding bugs I've found either so I'm not really feeling the love with this project at the moment either... which doesn't help matters either. Otherwise shit happens and when it does I just can't spend 14-18hrs per day on these projects... they sometimes get minimized to 4-6hrs per day.
Full transparency, as always. Thank you for understanding.

I don't understand most of this, but if you're saying it going to be delayed due to IRL issues, hey, I completely understand. Just take care of whatever it is you have to, and that's cool.

Hi sancho, real life issues are primary. I hope your problem will be solved as soon as possible without any complications.
Personally I appreciate your efforts, and I wish you the best.
Thank you for your hard work and take care of yourself.
Don't post that instruction in here... do it in the appropriate thread. If you fuck around with that it breaks the mod so please don't confuse folks. I have enough time spent per day on answering tech issues without folks starting to decompile and totally fucking things up. Thank you for your understanding.
Thank you for editing. It will certainly save me trouble in the future. Regards.

Changelog:
Fixed all the bugs I could find... and there were quite a few. I didn't log all of them so I can't list them all atm.
Updated (rewrote) the entire mod for Chapter 3 due to a complete folder/file restructuring by the developer. Old saves are still compatible and should load fine but I suggest starting from scratch just to play it safe.
Updated the mod Core to the latest v7b along with all it's associated additional features (see the mod's FAQ for details).
This was all a ton of work and I apologize for the delay but IRL issues are a priority, but I got up at 0430 hrs every morning to work on the update for a few extra hours per day since most of my time is away from the studio atm.
Other notables:
Added SanchoAutoSaves
Added clue notifications with audio cues
Rewrote the ChoiceGuide (had to do it) and added even more detail as applicable to known outcomes
Wow, I make double dialogues too!
Updated SanchoGallery to the very latest feature set (and it has ending to scenes unlike the OEM gallery which is broken for Ch3... the scenes never end)
Etc, etc.

I appreciate that, sincerely. I go the extra mile to insure that anyone using SanchoMod installs it only one way, the way it's intended so as to keep my tech support to a minimum across so many VN's it's applicable to. Once folks start tearing shit apart (especially when they don't understand what they are doing) it makes that support near impossible since we're no longer on the same page... and folks always think it's the mod instead of something they did on their own. It's like pulling the engine out of a brand new car, disassembling it, and putting it back together... then when it won't run calling the dealership and saying their car sucks/ it's broke when it was just fine until a rookie shade-tree mechanic decided they knew what's best and certainly couldn't be to blame for their own actions. Happens daily in my mod threads.
Long post so that you don't think I was being an asshole, I'm just doing my best to keep us all on the same playing field and relieve a few more hours of work out of my day. I know you were only trying to help the original poster but it would only bring me grief later I'm certain. Thanks again.
BTW folks, I spent time before release and checked all the event variables that were previously reported in the last Ch2 update and thinned-out what is reported in the stat screens. There's just a boatload of variables to track and most don't do a damn thing (yet). So, I needed to clean up the stats so they reported what would matter. All event variables listed have at least one conditional associated with them in the original scripts. It might be dialog only but at least they are doing something. The dozens that didn't so anything were temporarily dropped out. I can always place them back if/when they become relevant.
It's how I plan to populate cheats for the VN as well. Currently I've found zero need for any except maybe the Celeste "Servant" choice since it alters much more dialogue and awards different Pic unlocks to date.
Just thought I'd explain why the stats are much more lean than they were previously, and the thought process behind the decision to do so.

*** The latest SanchoMod Core v7b *** Another massive overhaul of core mod with 1,000's of cumulative hours in development

Modder: Sancho1969 F95 Mod Version: Chapter 3 Game Version: Chapter 3 Language: English
Features:
Improved aesthetics with animated mod menus/screens, all fully customizable to tailor your personal experience.
Too many story branches got you down 'cause you can't remember which of your saves is which? I gotcha covered. Includes the Original SanchoMod save description feature. Often imitated (including the use of my GUI buttons) the SanchoSave is more intelligent and efficient, saving you keystrokes as it autoloads the save slot descriptions and it also allows you to completely escape the process of saving if you wish (I've personally not seen this feature with other imitations). Feature can be toggled on/off anytime as desired.
Adds multiple exhaustive stats screens always accessible via the MiniMenu or Options menu. Resizable, toggle-enabled, various formats, and more.
Adds in-game walkthrough (ChoiceGuide) noting all variable changes and highlighting important choices. Can be toggled on/off at anytime, play as YOU want to play. You are not forced to view spoilers if you do not wish.
Multiple opacity and text sizing options to customize your experience including dialogue boxes, text and fonts, QuickMenu sizing and format versions, and more. All can be toggled on/off as desired, again allowing you even more control to tailor your experience.
Adds a custom fully unlocked scene gallery (SanchoGallery) that runs completely independent.
Adds professionally coded custom cheats (SanchoCheats) if applicable (varies from port to port).
Adds the ability to view multiple scenes (SanchoSplits) if menu choice has a scene/route split (will be implemented when required).

Alright, just got caught up with the Dev, and no problems I could see with the mod. That clue thing helped out a lot, thank you so very much for doing this!!!
