You have to get your submissiveness score past 100 by losing to goblins enough times.
Best place to grind it is with the muscle goblins imo.
go to a previous save and keep losing to the goblins until you get 100 submission. i wasted time grinding with mizuki as well just to be sure i get submission level 100 and i'm not sure it would have made a difference.

there is a easy way at the end of the game u have a shop wich u can buy a "afrodisiac" which increse sub and i think u dont need 100 only like 25 or 50

None. In this timeline, humans are losing to the supernatural.
One ending deadass has humans giving up their women to goblins as a concession in order for both to coexist.

New update on his current project:
According to BanameiR, the game needs a little more time to be completed as he needs to add the final pieces of content, debug the game, and set up sales pages. The new game is targeted to be released by the middle of November. He states that he will provide an update on it by the first of next month and apologies for the delay (though personally I do not think he should apologize at all as delays happen and it takes time to craft a great product).

It would take some time, cant help it though, translating a game(with quality) is not easy. Before the 1st game steam version came out, i was lucky to find a good translation that made the game enjoyable, shout out to those heroes in that thread!
I hope this game will be translated properly like goblin conquista as soon as possible, before that mtool will make do i hope.
