You have to get your submissiveness score past 100 by losing to goblins enough times. Best place to grind it is with the muscle goblins imo.

M MightGuy2024 Newbie Mar 23, 2024 54 19 Yesterday at 11:36 PM #423 go to a previous save and keep losing to the goblins until you get 100 submission. i wasted time grinding with mizuki as well just to be sure i get submission level 100 and i'm not sure it would have made a difference.
