do i choose yes or no for the fertile period? like what does it change?

Choose "Yes" for fertile period if you want to be impregnated after creampie, this leads to a branching stage after finishing the third dungeon where you oversee Kanami in the hospital preparing for childbirth.

important to note that this hospitalization event took quite a long game time, so if you want to just have sex without getting pregnant, you can choose "no" for the fertile period

Hi guys, 2 questions.

1) how can i avoid get fucked by the goblin while bathing at the beginning? it just says strugge or defend but sometimes works and sometimes not...... it sees random.

2) is there a way to use cheat? i tried save editor but i dont see level
