do i choose yes or no for the fertile period? like what does it change?

Choose "Yes" for fertile period if you want to be impregnated after creampie, this leads to a branching stage after finishing the third dungeon where you oversee Kanami in the hospital preparing for childbirth.

important to note that this hospitalization event took quite a long game time, so if you want to just have sex without getting pregnant, you can choose "no" for the fertile period

Hi guys, 2 questions.

1) how can i avoid get fucked by the goblin while bathing at the beginning? it just says strugge or defend but sometimes works and sometimes not...... it sees random.

2) is there a way to use cheat? i tried save editor but i dont see level

You have to beat it without getting hit at all. The FMC's thoughts correspond to which attack it's about to do if you haven't figured that out yet. Kind of a bullshit fight though because some attacks are random.

I can only answer your first question. The correct option depends on the text right before the choice:

"Kanami's in a desperate state" - Struggle
"The goblin's obsessed with Kanami's pussy" - Defend
"The goblin looked at Kanami and smirked" - Struggle

so if you dont get pregnant at any point before the spider boss you skip the hospital scenes correct? the game just moves on to the next dungeon? no differences in scenes or story otherwise other than never getting pregnant?
