I recommend asking the goblin lord for some lotion. There seems to be a bug or a wrong description, but the lotion seems to last until the game is reloaded.Not to mention how my slaves died way too quickly in the gloryhole

To be fair, goblins should not have any traits, that's why when you put them into main building (to add them to the total) and then drag one out (even if you only had one hobgoblin with traits so you're sure it's the one) it will not have any traits but will have proper passive in butcher room (newly grown will not have the extra chopping speed bonus)Speaking of bugs, my goblins lost all their traits after I loaded. Automation features were a mess before. I wouldn't be surprised if they managed to mess them up even more.Is it just me or are the automation features completely borked out for this update?

Probably fixed a bunch of reported bugs.
Small tip for moving monsters out of the growth room to the main building.
Select all folks in the growth room, drag them to the main building. The monsters will disapear in to the building, but the slave types are still selected. The most useful method is to drag'n'drop one that is still in the growth room in to that room. All others will be there too but the monsters will have been moved out. That way you can't mess up any selection you parked in the main room.
Btw, the 'virgin' goblin, i.e. the player, gets some as he gets his own room where he can turbo-deprave any slave too.
