never lost a battle, didnt even come close

Would be nice.
Balancing requires a lot of playtesting. I do a lot of testing just to make sure things work at the very least, and even then bugs slip by.
Unfortunately there are far too many things to juggle for me alone at once, and the life is throwing curve balls as well.

I don't know. The part with the ocean was meant for later stages of the game and I am still finishing up sorta introductory first chapter. I don't know whether we will get there

Yeah, you can farm away, although there aren't that many upgrades yet to justify grinding.

Eh, life doesn't always work out the way we want it to, the world has gone even more crazy.
Used to be games, back in my day, that got me through the troubled times. I was even finally able to contribute to this field, for what it's worth.
What can you do. Gonna steel up and try to drag this out for as long as I can.
