Nevermind, I found a solution, just had to tweak a bit in nvdia app

My case might be a little different, but I hope it helps you. Mine didn't use my 3050 graphics card, so I added it to the app instead. You can actually set it in the Windows program, but I can't remember.

Most of the things I turned off like anti aliasing and set it to maximum performance
