Kinda horrible. They took out the skill points system it seems? No outfits. The item crafting is still overly pointless. You can't upgrade something you equip so you need to equip something else to put it back in your item bar. So let me express my reaction to fighting the one Goddess the game has.
They changed the fighting icons to be even worse. Like the healing is no longer green colored. So let us get attacked a bunch. 90% of her attacks are spear slaps. Now she sat on my face and.... OMG. What the fuck is this? Like what the fucking hell is this? She just sat on my face and it opened up 3 options like this was a chest in vampire survivor. So let me remind you. This is a fetish game where the sexual action GOES AWAY! Then tries to get you focus on useless stats like "6% attack buff" or "6% mana gain" While I am having my face sat on. I now have no doubt this dev has no idea what game they are making anymore. This is garbage.

The only thing that I really liked that they added was instead of just restarting the game as per usual they end it with a scene of the giantess either playing with your body by stepping on your head or grinding on your face in a face sit. Other than that, the dev could really do better with more domination animations. I have so many ideas to make this game better but I doubt the dev will implement them or listen to any of their people. They can add so many foot domination attacks other than just simply stepping on the head and so many animations to the basic one they have now. Even the face sitting can use work.
They could also add more camera work for us as the user to control just incase we like certain angles for the domination.
They can add a footstool face/mouth domination (The more you struggle the more the giantess kicks and stomps on you and resumes foot stooling)
A both feet trample domination on the face and body.
They can even add a domination where the giantess heals from standing on you and making you lick her soles and make her constantly heal till you break out.
Insole dominations and camera angles and death scenes. etc. (There can be an insole scene where she flattens you in her boot and when she kills you she takes her foot out and shows that you are flattened to her sole and laughs and puts her foot back in and walks on you out of the scene).
just to list a small amount.
So many ideas but I don't see any of it being implemented.
By now the models should have been revamped.
Anytime an update is added, it should be mainly a new animation or camera work or something mentioned above. The UI updates should be secondary and the animations and graphics should be a priority focus.

While I have no evidence to support this, I don't think the dev is capable of making anything new. Anything they once knew long ago they forgot how to do. Anything added now is something ripped from another persons work. I see them adding 1 tiny change every month just to keep the patreon money going.

That's what I had feared before GoT2 , but it's an invalid fear right now. This fight does have new animations, and they look nice too. So that's one less thing we have to worry about.
Not that it matters much, since as you (and ObligatoryAccount) very correctly pointed out, they will now proceed to just scam people with miniscule and/or useless updates for the next couple of years or so.
Wear that as a badge of honor! Somehow, they never banned me when they posted the (now deleted) 1.0.1 "future changelog" and I commented "Who the heck asked for these changes?"
You deserve the biggest Thank You. I really wanted to see the new couple of moves added since 1.0.0, but would never dare ask anyone to pay money to that dev in order to provide the newest version. Yet you still sacrificed yourself for us, like a modern Leonidas.

Because the dev no longer understands what people actually want. That is why now during a femdom animation it suddenly cuts to a gear upgrade selection. As if loot was the point of the game now..

To be clear, the gear upgrade selection appears when you reach 100 Grace. It's not something that happens with every femdom animation as this comment alludes to.
Of course, the fact that reaching 100 Grace during a femdom animation does interrupt the femdom animation is complete bonkers. It's a no-brainer that it should always be postponed until the animation is over.
The good : There is now a very very nice trampling sequence (about time ; it's the literal name of the game!). There is also a very titillating precursor to that move, with the goddess removing one of her boots and fighting half-barefoot for the rest of the battle. Of course, I am especially subjective here, as barefoot kicks are among my fetishes, and I really enjoyed the fact that the barefoot kick can stun you. Then again, given that trampling and feet are inexorably connected, I'm sure other people will enjoy this change too.
There is also a new spear move when you're downed, which makes for nice ryona, eventhough the animation is very simplistic.
The neutral : There are some new gameplay mechanics in the player's moves, some of which are nice for making this feel like a boss fight. Since this is still a game instead of a visual novel, this change can be nice for some people. But others may find it more convoluted
The bad : Besides the ridiculousness analysed at the start of the post, I also need to rant about the QTE mechanics of the trampling. They are SO bad.
Why? First of all, they demand that you look carefully at various place on the screen in order to press the right key. Meaning that they actually reward you for not looking at the actual trampling animation!! In more than one way too, as if you manage to press the keys correctly, you receive no damage. Yes, there is a giantess trampling on you with all the crashing sounds that entails, yet you get away from it completely unscathed. That is utterly ridiculous. As the saying goes, "If a foot falls on a face and noone sees it or takes damage from it, did it really fall?".
Ah, and if you decide to ignore the QTE and just enjoy the animation, then it ends really quickly. It's only if you don't look at it that it lasts a long time. Genius.......................

The only reason I (and presumably others) cannot answer your question is that your question is confusing. I don't understand what you mean by "lesbian content". That's a phrase that indicates sex, but as you should know, there is no sex in this game. It's combat domination. The scenes and animations would play exactly the same whether the player was a male or a female.
Having said that, there is indeed no way to create a male character right now.
trample with barefoot and facesit is not usual combat domination scenes. its sexual domination. thats why this game is porngame.
and sex domination scenes between female and another female character is lesbian content. I think so.
so there are scenes between 2 female characters and not male and female (like in GOT1) thats what I menan.

As far as I can tell you can only create an ugly female character. Their hair also randomly vanishes. For cheats just use Cheat Engine to change your gold to 999999. It is a float value if that helps. Since all items can be bought with gold. I attached a save either way. This will give you a lot of gold and a few items.

Ahhhhhhhhhh, now I see what you meant! I use a different definition for these words, but I'll keep your definitions in mind too from now on. So thank you for the clarification!
Good catch, I forgot to mention how silly that part is.
Pressing F4 brings up the Settings menu, which includes an option "Hide hairs when pinned", which is enabled by default, for some reason.
I can only guess they implemented this option to prevent hair clipping through the goddess' body, although personally I only noticed that happening in one instance (in the final screen if you lose to the goddess' trample move). It does look bad there, but it's better than having your character randomly become bald throughout the fight, so I uncheck that myself.

Anyone figured out how to edit PlayerDataTower.dat to show me more than just the first boss? Dont want to play the crappy story mode just want to fight the bosses.
