The forth scene you unlock featuring a blowjob(displayed in the gallery preview picture) and sex is that event. The problem isn't that you can't unlock the scene, but that it doesn't give you a checkmark for completing it.
It would be the event where she gives you a wooden mini-statue.

I did the wooden statue event, so probably is what you say

I'm pretty sure this was covered in the tutorial but you might have missed it so click on the head icon marked in red then the reel icon highlighted in green to show the gallery

and yes this is the statue event, the glitch is with the flag not displaying as cleared in the event menu

Just tested it and it does appear to work (though all I did was load the saves and see if anything broke while moving about, while also checking the mission and girl's profiles making sure they looked as expected. More thorough testing than what I did would be good). I had a feeling it was gonna go this way. Glad I didn't start over.

Also to NCrow, if you ever see this, thanks for the fix.

damn this game is really really good, story is good(made me actually read some of the times), characters are good and there is a lot of different type, h scene are good, how much time do we need to wait between each update?

I never downloaded the latest version on here because of the bug talks so which version and from where should I download to not incur in the bug?

there is a hotfix. v0.4.2 is unable to load older saves (at least for some people) that are imported from older version.

dev on discord said:

see attachment for the patch file. Note that it isn't the whole game, you need to download both v0.4.2 and this hotfix and combine them yourself as per instructions
