I think he means Shika, which isn’t really a loli just petite. I get his point though she’s kinda pushing the limits of petite into loli so to answer his original question you cannot skip her but I just put the settings to skip all 3 settings and fast forwarded her scenes.

Go right at the cherry tree and the hot springs will be on the right side on the alley.

It is completely normal and since the mark is not open, if you approach it again, a curious bug will occur again.
She lost her freaking memory and has been dependent on another person for a long time, it's explained in the game, just some people want to find something to be outraged about. If I am remembering correctly and following the story right, I almost feel like there was an implication that she might be a fallen goddess, so she could actually be older than all the human LIs lmao.
