Does anything even compare to this? The only thing I've found that's anime style is Succubus Kingdom and From the Sin but those are both quite new.

Not really a way to know without the dev's own admittance, but reporting the links while disruptive it is not something anyone can do anything about.
Best thing to do is to report the links and only share it with the staff. It will keep your account, and, or IP from being potentially banned as some host will do that if there are to many reports, and it is safer for everyone over all as the staff will be able to check and verify the game before it is shared.
Then even if the OP links are taken down the site workers will still have a copy, and can re-upload.

Hover over the card (or click maybe on Android? I'm not sure), and it'll tell you what you need to do.
I covered Tomoe in this post. Karyn is the same. It actually applies to all of the love interests (including the goddesses in their tab of the heart/love-interest menu).
Some of the love interests required grinding steps, but it looks like NCrow is phasing that out in favour of less grind there. Given we're likely to get an adventurer/quest/combat grind, and we still have the lumber/fish grind, that's probably a good thing.
Affection rarely needs to be grinded here most of the time you earn enough points just following the events, though I don't remember every detail...

Hence the past tense. Before the first major blocking quest (I think it's 'Good News'), you need to unlock cards. Some of those cards required you to visit a handful of times without unique events. I'm fairly sure this applies to everyone in the village/town, and you might even have to do the H-scene hang out with Aoi. But it's the first experience we have in the game, and I don't think that was changed in the latest update. (Though the introduction re-flow is huge, and fixes a bunch of minor issues.)
After 'Good News', I'm fairly sure NCrow cut that down significantly. Almost everything can be done by following quests or clearing the H-cards, which changes what the number on the H-card tends to mean, leading to some of this confusion.
The H-cards mixed with quests are a good system, it's just that there needs to be a notification better explaining how H-cards work (read: "if you're stuck, hover over to view what you need to do").

There will ultimately be 4 quests.
- Sticks
- Apples
- Slimes # To open onsen
- Help Blacksmith # Currently the first stage of a future quest line
Only after completing the help the blacksmith quest will you have 50 reputation.
*Edit: Note that last 2 quests are very dependent on progressing the rest of the storyline.
Once you get the slime quest, you go through the 2 apple/stick areas you previously had access to to the actual pond, where the slimes are located. The intro to the correct area is scripted and will show you the slimes. They aren't hidden in plain sight or anything.
