Can anyone give their first impressions or a semi-critical opinion of the update? Sorry for the inconvenience.
Honestly, I just played the update... very unimpressed considering this was essentially in development for about 7 months. There's a "new" path of the story that kind of takes a cool turn with decent animations but I wouldn't hold your breath tbh. Pretty disappointing overall with very little content added. Maybe 20 mins worth of content? Just wait until next week and find it here for free, 100% not worth
there used to be a 16$ tier but the dev took it out so now there was a 6$ tier, i guess he brought back the tier but now its 20$ instead

Hey guys, got an update here.
Let me start by saying that Godson has really taken off. You guys are showing some crazy support for what we're doing here. I been doing 3D for years (over 7 years now) and I always had a personal preference for realism, and MILFs. It's mind-boggling and also extremely humbling to see everyone enjoying my work. Because of our growth and everyone's support and the mega popularity of this game, we have to really work hard and provide big updates, especially going forward. The plan going forward is to hire more people, and get a bigger team (it's just me and 1 other person at the moment) so that we can deliver faster and BIGGER updates. Right now, I'm doing everything besides the animations all by myself, and KC3D (our animator who joined recently) is doing all the animation work by himself. By now, everyone has seen the work he does so I'm sure everyone very much appreciates his hard work going absolutely insane making these animations.
So what's the reason for the price change? The change is to make virtually anyone, able to support. Everyone has different financial obligations in their lives, and I want so someone who can't really pay $15 but knows they can give atleast $6 every month are satisfied knowing that they can afford it, and are supporting their favorite game (ensuring it continues).
I've gotten a lot of messages like this man, a lot. This change will ensure continued growth here, and I hope will please a lot of people in the end. I should have done this from the very start, and I mean back in 2020. But it's never too late to do the right thing. I also want this to show how much I appreciate everyone and want to make supporting here easier on your personal lives as well. We're all human beings here, supporting what you love, and it should be a fun thing, not something you need to scratch your head every month to make sure you can afford. That doesn't make it fun.
So, if you are not in the correct tier, I would ask that you make the switch to the $6 so everyone is in one place, and I know that everytime I post, I'm speaking to all of you.

A: If you're already in a higher tier, you are more than welcome to stay in that tier for as long as you like. You'll still get access to everything, and I appreciate your support! However, if you leave that tier and come back, you won't be able to join those higher tiers again.

A: Yes, unfortunately. Only people in the $6 and up (the people who stayed on the higher ones) will get access to all posts.

I just played the game and in one option it was enough, I didn't like it.
People here are requesting the wrong game. They should be asking for Godson Remake Remake.
Wait patiently; it's not a continuation of an old story. Think of it like just another new experiment.
$20 is a lot to play a game under development just a week before public release. So it should be understandable that by not fulfilling the request to pirate for a week is the only way they can justify their expenses.
To be honest, they should have at least demanded a month early release for themselves. One week in early access for Gold tier isn't justified.
To people who are asking for free, you will get it for free eventually. You aren't the one getting played here. If the dev can keep his promise of releasing new updates every 2-3 months and more than 15 days of early access to gold tier Patreon, then only paying up to $20 is somehow justified and more people will even join his gold tier that way.
