Apparently based on reviews on dlsite the guy and the girl are not even in a relationship and the girl barely thinks of the guy at all even in the beginning so idk if this can even be considered ntr but rather just voyeur from a perspective of an outsider. MTL garbage involving getting cucked. This site never ceases to amaze me with how garbage some of the games are

dude we had a kinetic novel about lolitas getting their uteruses being ripped off by demons(in super gory and body-horrendous scenes) and what's left of...the hole in the guts...gets filled by demonic worms that forces them to lay eggs...this website is both heaven and a hellhole filled with nightmares of every imaginable kind.
