Do the main story quests to gain stamina. After that you can donate sperm at the clinic (need at least 5 stamina iirc) doing that increases your max stamina too btw. There is an option to give gifts when they are in their rooms alone later in the evening. The sisters are each standing and praying when you walk in at the right time. There are also other options there that appear to be for later in the game.
