They are associated with watching TV and massages:
The one in the upper row: Watch TV with her in the evening, 11 P. M. Repeat until ass fingering is avaible and do it a few more times, so the scene will unlock.
Lower row left one - Keep doing massage on the table in the office. Build your own with the SDK (or get my compressed version), it will only take a couple of minutes, then you can build a Mac only distribution like I do for my compressed versions even if there is no Mac version at all.
