They are associated with watching TV and massages:
The one in the upper row: Watch TV with her in the evening, 11 P. M. Repeat until ass fingering is avaible and do it a few more times, so the scene will unlock.
Lower row left one - Keep doing massage on the table in the office. When you massage her after enough repetitions (20 or so) you can get her to put dildo in ass (you need to buy it first) and when she's massaging you, you can get her to permamently remove her bra (it will unlock braless massage outfit in wardrobe).
Lower row right one - after unlocking the upper one, buy her nighty and evening TV scene will change. Keep repeating it, many, many times. You know the drill.

Build your own with the SDK (or get my compressed version), it will only take a couple of minutes, then you can build a Mac only distribution like I do for my compressed versions even if there is no Mac version at all.

How to do what? For the story game has hints for every character if you click on file icon and then name.

On the front page there is pinned Gallery unlock, it should have Memories from sharing route. I checked when I used it to unlock one Amelia Memory which seemed bugged and for example family TV watching Memory changed to sharing. There is save file included. It's without Dotty, but all home content should be there.
