That I don't know. Probably not. You'd need to go back and choose again or use the console command to set the variable. Hobosallowed = True

Thanks, i tried using a save editor, but doesn't look like the keyword hobo was found. tried in console, hopefully that turned it on.

edit: there needs to be a way to speed up milking. it gets longer and longer as her breasts get bigger.

Yeah, not in your save file because he doesn't seem to default variables like so:
default Hobosallowed = False

So it won't get entered into your save unless you reach that choice where the variable is created and set.
