"Sister" is wrong in so many ways.
The designation "younger" "older" is irrelevant.
So, the wrong answer is "sister".

The beach location you’re referring to is probably related to the harem route with the main cast, Dottie doesn’t have any of that iirc.
I can confirm Dottie does not have a harem route, the beach scenes are currently exclusive to Diana, Emelia and Elisa
as for what see in the gallery
It depends on the fetishes you chose, if you disabled them you won't see the related scenes in the gallery
first start a new game or load up an old
then right-click the mouse and click Fetishes
it will show you which fetishes you've enabled/disabled

Some free-roam is ok, but I hate the grind of normal sandbox games and would rather not have to deal with it even though the story seems interesting and the artwork looks good.

Then you might not enjoy it, as it can be grindy, enough that you'll need to repeat multiple scenes to build each charactors points
I myself had to use the 0x52_URM to cheat, so I could progress

The really annoying grind in this game is in the sex scenes, where you have to repeat certain scenes several times to unlock new actions. You also have to grind to earn money and affection points, but these are easily obtained through cheats that are already in the game.
Limited sandbox, go wherever you want, but there will be nothing to do there. For example, I recently asked the demon about the replay, as it turned out, he has everything - the game turned off fetishes without my knowledge. Before I noticed it, I started going through Dottie's branch and came to the conclusion that without going through it, the scenes I needed would not open. But this nuance is nothing, the main problem of the grind is not money, but scenes, for promotion you need to repeat the same scenes 5 times. It's still unclear when there's a sequel, and when there isn't, and you're wasting your time. The hints are made only for plot advancement, after an hour or two the game is "all done", but only 1/3 of the scenes are open. Personally, I would recommend playing, familiarizing yourself with the plot, and when you get tired of the grind, unlock the gallery, enjoy the scenes, and delete the game.
Before applying the cheats, I searched for scenes in the game files and now it seems to me that I saw Elisa's sex scenes. But there are no such scenes in the replays. Am I having a fantasy?

make sure you have the Harem Fetish enabled and that you've maxed out her Affection, Submission & Corruption
