You probably have 2 points or more in Elisa´s depravity, that´s why. I hate NTR and had the same problem, so I recommend you to use an older save file and replay it until you get to that scene with Elisa´s depravity at 1 or less.

I'm not buying completely all the mental game the MC is doing with the mother in the spa in the sharing route. I think it was rushed, because the corruption path just started and she finds herself between three dicks, one of them her son's . I find it too much at this stage. Maybe the best would have been to set the stage for the future. Having said this, visually the scene is very good, as well as the rest of the game.

Either dev missed to put a choice before that scene as the walkthrough suggests or he went full retard also. Apparently NTR seems to be the hottest shit our there, athough nobody who doesn't play porn games knows about it.

Mistakes happen, I don´t think is too serious. That´s why patches exist. I also hate NTR, but we all have our personal preferences or tastes, and that content can be avoided.
Nevertheless, this game is awesome and probably my favourite one at the moment
