Yeah, but is the game worth to play for NTR and for avoiding incest? I played the demo a long time ago, so idk if she got too many scenes, I was planning to score the other girls while using the mom for NTR content.

If we go by the actual japanese definitions there are 3 types of NTR. Netorare where the mc's love interest gets stollen, netorase where the mc encourages their love interest to be with other men and there is Netori which is when the mc is the one stealing other people's lovers. In forums like this when people talk about NTR they are talking about Netorare.

Netorase and sharing are similar but a little different. Long story short, this game uses Netorase and Netori quite a bit but it doesn't have Netorare (at least not yet).
In Netorase (nts), the protagonist pushes his unwilling love interest to fuck other men. Sharing on the other hand is consensual. With sharing, all parties involved are cool with it while NTS is more antagonistic toward the LI ranging from simply making her uncomfortable to straight up forcing her. When MC makes Diana get sexual with other men, that's NTS.
In a nutshell you can think of it like this... Whether it's netorare, netorase, or netori, someone in that triangle dynamic is having a really bad day (at least initially). That's what defines it apart from other similar tropes such as cheating, cuckolding, sharing, swinging.
