I have a feeling that he will (or maybe already did) release the t5 version without any announcements for the sake of warding off piracy. May be an annoying move like that... or once again, smth happened irl, he being busy, lazy or had to do more work. Maybe even a mix of all.This aged poorly. Did the testers even get the version?
If there are going to be leaks, those sharing initial stuff will have to be careful cause Molly is deadset on banning pirates. But hey, there's always the "hero" as they say.

I played it a long time ago and it was pretty good the corruption was progressing nicely, but then boom, out of nowhere, it suddenly turned into group sex.
That’s a specific route, harem. You can turn it off in the settings. Unless you’re referring to the sharing route, which you can also turn off in the settings.
What about not doing that kind of choices then? Almost every fetish in the game is avoidable

Aside from the fact that you've been 'playing this game for a long time' without noticing the swinging and harem tags, but you seem to be bummed out at the concept of group sex.
All you need to do is
when you start a new game (important), Click the Right Mouse Button, head to the Fetish Option
and disable the Fetishes you don't want
