The "patch fix" doesn't do anything. It's just the same file from the game's zip. Hashes match, files are identical.

Note says for old saves to talk to Alasandra in the Library to progress....but she's not there. Game even specifically says she's not there. Soooo....yeah, not sure how to proceed without starting over which...I'd rather not do.

The update really disappointed me. The pleasure bar mechanic feels annoying, and having to spam the same scenes over and over again just to unlock others is monotonous and boring. Honestly, I don’t expect anything from future updates anymore, since the previous one also felt pretty “meh.”
The best part of the game is still the house and family aspect. I took Dottie’s scenes as simple filler, just something to pass the time until a major update came along, but this one left me very unsatisfied. On top of that, having to wait almost a year for an update feels excessive. From now on, it’s probably best not to expect much and just keep my expectations low at least for me

Well, if you look into the game's files you can see that there is 182 animations for Diana V06. So the missing content (for her) is around 32 animations, maybe some bakery's actions with the customers ? (maybe anal sex with the customers, since in this update Diana is having anal sex with her son). Or maybe more animations with Felix fucking his wife. For Amelia it's more complicated: you can see 49 animations in V06 folder, but in V05's hotday (sunbath), there are 8 new animations too. So maybe Amelia content is already full, or maybe the missing content is about this scene, as Molly said on discord a few days ago:

holy shit. if that is everything, then the update is an even bigger letdown, because i was thinking we got a small piece and the majority has yet to be added.

but in fact, we got almost everything already. the update was just small. i honestly want my $15 back. it was not worth it. the amount of time does not reflect in the amount of content.
