No, it doesn't qualify as exhibitionism. Exhibitionism is about enjoying being exposed, and often includes actively seeking out such situations. Forcefully being stripped in public would be exposure, not exhibitionsim.

The context is entirely different.

And exhibitionism may come in different degrees of subtlety, like, for example, going commando.
Well, then there is no exhibitionism if we use your definitions. I thought there are two types of exhibitionism, the forced ones (external factor) and the consented ones (internal factor). The one you describes above is the second one, the internal factor where the protagonist/character deliberately want the exposure. The one that I describe is the forced one, both can be qualified as exposure.

I think exposure is more or less like the state, so it should be neutral. Exposure = the state of being exposed to contact with something. Whether it's voluntary or involuntary, does not matter. So both can be valid for exhibitionism.

Exhibit = to show publicly (public display)

In my definition, exhibitionism is a flavor of exposure, but of the (semi-) willing kind. Even though, technically, even a girl forcefully exposing in public exhibits herself indeed.

However, a girl showing herself to another girl doesn't feel like exhibitionism to me; it's more of an ordinary locker room situation. What I enjoy about exhibitionism is the turning men's heads aspect.
