Overview:
The story is around a man, a clever man. Many will call him genius but... In his early years the only close person to him was his grandfather. The admiration toward his grandpa was vastly. The reason was due to the books which his grandfather was giving to him. He was unable to understand them. Which gave him even more eager to seek new knowledge. But there was one problem. The books were erotic or porn magazines. There was no chance the young boy to understand something for which his body was not ready. Sadly the moment which they were separated come. But before that our hero promise his grandfather that he will conquer the world. And now our story begins. Our hero is now 26 years old and now he understand the books from his grandfather perfectly The time to execute his plan and conquer the world has come. What is the plan and how close he will be to conquer the world remains to be seen.​

Thanks to @Burt for sending me a link to the mega and the gondovir town site. It's been well over a year since I've played this and the Dev has redone all the art plus added in a lot of content. There's now 5 girls that have scenes. There's daily quests, trainings, business you can run, etc.

if i remember correctly, the tutorial says not all skills are trainable, like fitness and intellect

if you go to the shelves in the basement, there should be some books that tell you about the stats

You are about to challange guy watching your next door neighbour so at begining of game version
Your character is called Pervert which you can change using save editor

Yeah theres lots of unmarked side quests you dont really need them if you have doctored stats but they are a nice addition to the gameplay.
Probably you might have missed finidhing them when you advance time by sleeping?
