I downloaded from the ZippyShare link; ViruTotal says 1 virus, but Windows Defender and Malwarebytes shows it as clean. So it is likely a false positive, no need to worry. Though, some file hosters are riskier than others, so do be wary.

I turned it to 75hz and the game was doable.

It doesn't let me change on my Alienware laptop. the only option is 144.03 Hz.
