Only Defender and 2 unknown AVs say it's a trojan. Scanned it with Kaspersky and checked VirusTotal, most likely it's legit. Defender is notorious for false flags

While some of the games work with downloading, extract and start the application (like Christmas, normal city, Halloween, Just married...) - others do not have a application in it to start
After downloading and extracting, even the full versions just give a bunch of pics/videos but no application to start the game (for example Biker, Cruise, Cousin, Aunt....)

what program are you using to extract your files? Maybe use an other like 7zip oder winrar.
I remember having problems that where similar to yours. I'm just not sure if it was this game.
