Night Of Revenge - Very good content, but in ongoing development. Mostly monstrous enemies. An obvious choice for what you asked, I think.

Girl Knight Milk and a few others currently translated are honestly very bizzare, exaggerated and brazen, but also rich in content and have the things you requested.
The Moral Sword of Asagi - A short game with a lot of content packed into it, several female protagonists. Mainly focuses on combat and loss consequences.
Cursed Armor - A long and well known game where mc is contantly abused and dominated as she tries to complete her quest. A large amount of niche fetishes and also quite a bit of character customisation in clothing.
Princess Sacrifice: Adventure of Feena - You get both erotic events and monster fuck during combat and the game is quite combat focused. You can play multiple playthroughs for new endings as well.
Kunoichi Botan - Starts out a little restrictive, but opens up quite quick. Offers a strong interactive combat sex system to defeat certain opponents. Has game over pregnancies.
Knights Of Messiah - Multiple female protags, has the stuff you asked for. Game is strong in content, but only problem is that is crashes a lot during scenes. Scenes also include a lot of reading in case that's a turn off.
Lilith's Throne - Text based, ongoing, but has all the content you asked for.
MaiDenSnow Eve - An arpg, pretty much all visual, next to no conversations. Enemies are largely monsters and beasts. Most finished out of the likes, that I know of.
