I would presume his argument is that since you never control Eric, it is not NTR, because you are not placed in the position of the guy being cucked.

Usually there's no need to copy any previous saves to your latest version of the game, this is done automatically and you may use your old saves without any problem. Though your description is not very specific I recommend you try the following: Install 0.26, start it without making any changes, then you may delete any previous version. If the doesn't work for you, start the game from the beginninng, sorry. Find several saves provided in this thread you may want to try.
Just download 0.26. Played on my old save, load at the last choice i made and still can't access the 0.26 content
