Our Red String is the next game by the same developer. Its more polished and ambitious. Good game but doesn't have the same effect as GGGB.

This is honestly one of the best games I’ve ever played. Anyone know more games like this? I wanna play as a girl again, someone I can shape however I want. Like, I can be a total slut or a sweet, innocent good girl if I feel like it. I want something with multiple endings where I can do whatever I want — hook up with whoever I want, mess around, lead my girlfriends astray, cheat on my husband or boyfriend, and just have fun doing all the crazy stuff I feel like.
FemLife has a bit of a learning curve, but you can go anything from living a normal life with a normal job, to being a street prostitute and pornstar who likes to slut it up with one night stands every night.
It's a good game, but it's not as good as GGGB imho.

I think it's QQSP or smth like that. You essentially get menus with areas, a "window" with your character, and these areas have sub-areas (like the city center has a mall, modelling agency, strip club, dance club etc), and you can do different things in these areas. You have (toggleable) needs like hunger, hygiene etc. So essentially you can do anything. Wanna work as a store clerk? Go ahead. Wanna be a stripper? Sure. Wanna be a street prostitute? Go to the right place and get to work, etc. Eventually you unlock "new" areas like the porn studio, and there is a storyline you can follow, characters you can meet and form friendships or relationships with etc.

Basically go full bad.
1. Increase fame by going all in and posting risque pics
2. Allow Jack and Tyrone to film you
3. Cam girl option is advised but not necessary
4. You will get option to go blonde after you get the second bad girl makeover which triggers the porn star path.
5. During the Tyrone party end up with his friends which will lead them to invite you to film Ash 1st porn movie
