Actually you can play that route in this game. But I wouldn't call the Ash character racist. Its more like "I'm not interested in black men" to " I like/love black men". It ranges from actual relationship to BBC slut.

I believe his image is based on The Rock, so that may be where you're getting that idea, but I don't think it's ever stated or even implied in the game that he's mixed race or anything.

Don't forget his brother, who is white like a vampire. Seems more like Jack enjoys roasting his skin on the beach, which is the only hint that the game gave about his skin tone, the beach event.

I've replayed Arthur's path once again, and as always, im baffled by why it starts so abruptly. Ashley starts out as such a good girl, but at some very sudden moment (without the influence of drugs or alcohol, which could explain her impulsiveness at any given moment) she starts to fall for Arthur.

English in this game may not be very difficult, but since im not a native speaker, might be missing something that would prompt good Ashley to be interested in the father of the guy she supposedly loves and who was her first and only partner up to this point

There's a pretty strong implication that Arthur drugs Ashley with something that makes her both horny and suggestible. I believe there is a dialog that comes up sometimes where Ashley thinks she sees Arthur putting some kind of powder in her drink. It depends on how resistant Ashley has been to his advances -- she needs to be suspicious enough of him to watch him closely, essentially. If she's been going along with him too much, she misses seeing the drug being added.

He explicitly says he's going to do that to his daughter if the player choices for Ashley lead to her agreeing to Arthur's plan to seduce Iris. Arthur is a deeply messed up individual.

My understanding is that Arthur route is the most corrupt route. The choices Ash makes that pleases Arthur seems to confirm that since its mostly red choices. Plus you get to corrupt so many others when you play his route. So you could assume that the playing in Arthur route completely means Ashley was always a bad girl. Thats my thoughts anyway.
