someone can help me? In the mission after talking to Kimochi where you have to go to work at the udon restaurant where one of the bullies appears in the image, when I go to the restaurant the game crashes, does anyone know why?

Anyone else getting stuck on the 'voila' in Sayuri route? It shows the photo on the table and then rewinds back for me.
Also, no scenes for the other route, but the Sayuri one has at least one( before it bugs the hell out)

Well, I most definitely am on Asami's route, and I surely got sent to dates with her mom while she's kidnapped.
And don't get me wrong - what I am trying to critique is not that dynamic at all, but the decision to reveal the story to player.
Just bad narrative choice in my opinion.

cant play the game, for some reason it crashes on the title screen after clicking accept to the pop up, on windows 11 as well, old version works but id like to play the new

Are you referring to the dates where MC has to calm down his girlfriend's mother? There are differences depending on what decisions you've made and whether you have a girlfriend or not. If you don't have one, there are scenes; if you do, there aren't any scenes because boundaries are drawn.

Everyone can have an opinion, some can even justify it, but usually in these games, the story is often a vehicle for presenting scenes. Some things work better, some worse: I don't think we're dealing with an author of many novels, which I rarely expect in these games.

The narrative doesn't blow me away either, but it's neither outrageously absurd nor completely incoherent.

The way you are trying to make it 'date or not' argument explains the latter part and that you just don't get it.

Regardless of context, making a story protagonist clueless about a bad thing that's happening while revealing it to player and not giving him an option to make impact in the story is a huge no-no. It completely ruins immersion and creates this unwanted dissonance. And that's a narration writing issue of someone that is not...

But hopefully others will tell me that my cooking sucks and treat the dogs with the food. And hopefully it will be better next time.

Not sure if there is a route I did not find, but with both choices, either with Asami as girlfriend or Asami as just a friend, the protagonist was well aware of the kidnapping, but was given the task of soothing Asami's mother by staying with her which only led to sexual interactions when Asami was just a friend. I doubt this strategy would be a viable method in real life, but that was never on the table.

And I remember correctly, since I can re-read my old post, that I never made an argument about whether or not the protagonist was on a date with Asami's mother. Just a few moments again to think about what to write and it could have worked for you. Disappointing.
