Ir depends on what you want to see I guess. If I wanted a trust ending I could just go play Tomb Raider games which are better. The reason I usyally dabble in adult games is to see the opposite which is generally not done in mainstream. That is Lara or any other beautiful strong woman being sexualized/corruoted and having lots of sex with lots of men. I know some people can't handle or enjoy such things, but I like it as a fantasy escapism. I guess it feels empowering to me as long as the lady isn't turned into a mentally disabled person.
