Shouted the developer on the pirate site. I have already written to the developer and offered a translation into Russian. I never got an answer.

Well... I was being truly honest about proud (too much of a boomer heart to speak on the 'always sarcastic mode' of the internets). I mean, if someone goes through the trouble of using a tool to rebuild the binaries adding support to a different language and charset, it means people are really enjoying the game around the world.
The translation support via xml files the game offers is limited to character dialogs anyways and don't cover most of the UI. I'm going to push the xml files to a github repository, making it easy for anyone who is up to create new translations.

I do not know how many subscribers you have added from Russia, but many are very much waiting for the translation of Your games, believe me, I do it on my own enthusiasm without receiving remuneration, but I am glad that You appreciated my work (although pirated). In my version, almost 90 percent of the game has been translated , as well as images, etc. Believe me, I don't need anything. If you forbid the transfer, I will immediately drop it. If it keeps the credits, the link to the patreon page, and the translation is faithful to the original text, I don't see much of a difference between your build and the one available in this thread OP.
These projects are crowdfunded and released as free to play a month after finished. My expectation is always to make a game lots of people enjoy, so the small percentage of players willing (and with the resources) to support becomes a number bigger enough to cover the (lots of) hours of
I'll work later on extending the range of 'translatable' content to the UI and images containing text, so generating a modified build won't be necessary. If you don't mint, I'd like to also add your translated xml to the main build as an optional language.
