Because this was a one-off that Moon decided to make on a whim and barely has any true connection to the main game (for now).

Yeah if Moon would want to go forward with this game into next college year or bring those girls over to main game there will be an issue with Tanya for example. As far as we know he did not cheat on her then. Now it is upto all of us how and what we think what happened, if brings in those girls to main game though, Moon will have to find reasons why MC did nothing with them or retcon Tanya story.

He didn't cheat. I'm pretty sure there was a discussion where Tanya stated that she didn't mind him banging other girls in college because she knew he had a lot of love to give. But after they became official he stopped.
