I think this Sentence explains it already clearly enough. Maybe when the Main Game is done Moonbox will come back to this and continue it but until then it's completed.

I really wished this game will be continued, or I hope College Days will be added to the main game. Even without animation, I'm down to it.

This definitely needs a sequel, or at the very least have these characters introduced in the main game
I really liked this game, sad that we don't have more. Was really looking forward to developing more with Abby, I really liked her.... like a sexy Velma. Heck I would like to see Abby come to Grandma's House in the future.

Well, there's 4 and a half parts of content to be made for the main game... who knows what will happen...
Right now, as far I am aware, I would say:
- Possible? Maybe.
- Probable? Remote.
One "girl" is confirmed to make the crossover, Jerome's Sister. About the others... MB as kept it's thoughts and intentions to himself (that I am aware of). Will it happen? Will it not? Only MB can say.
