It's a prequel. Except the MC, so far no one else from the other game showed up. But some were mentioned.

In some ways I liked this story more than the main game. And now that I know the main game is only half way through I hope some of the characters here will show up. Or maybe an extension to this to show how he met the mother of his first child.
As much as I like the MC's college years, if this is just an experimental side project with irregular updates, I wouldn't mind if Moon just shelved it and brought these characters to the main game. Kayla and Abby should be in the MC's life. The whole appeal of the MC is that he truly loves and cares about the women in his life, if he just walks away from them without a damn good reason it kind of ruins his character in my opinion. So far Kayla is too big a person in his life for him to never see again, and as protective as he is I can't see him just leaving Abby on her own. So either they have to show up and join him in the main game or there needs to be a damn good explanation as to why they aren't in his life anymore.

I don't really get how this story can work as a prequel, how would Tanya fit into this? Kayla said it was her last year so she could go off, but what about Abby, at some point she has to leave to make room for Tanya but how could she do that in a non horrible way?

Mc is in his first year right ?
Tanya can still be a highschooler at this time so thats why they havent met or waiting for her acceptance letter or moved and had to enter this college many ways to see it as.
from Grandmas house when you choose if you cum inside or not mc looks like he has a beard already which can mean.
he was either in his second year or last year before meeting Tanya.
the possibilities are endless and only MoonBox can answer them 100% so lets see if he answers it lol

The MC is in his second year. That's why he starts this game already in a relationship with Kayla, he is known to have fucked the older teacher and her daughter, he's already in trouble with the Dean, and so on...
As far as Tanya goes, we haven't seen yet anything, Kayla is on her last year, Abby is the putative heir of the GF title (as determined by Kayla) so we don't know yet anything. If there's enough of this story to be told or not, it is up to MB.

Depending on how many more updates this side game will receive from Moonbox there should make an epilogue that that ties to the main game. Which fast forwards to the present time in the main game where MC has already gotten everyone in the main game pregnant and has tons of income to support them, all these girls from this side game come to visit him because they miss him or responsibility with the child that they might have conceived during time at the college

It was more about how Abby fits into it with what we've seen of the Tanya parts... does the MC just leave her behind and sever contact? Does she do it? Why? How? That's so sad... and if it's not a sad event then how? What could've happened to explain it? Nothing comes to mind that isn't sad and explains her absence and total lack of mention in the main game... i'm not saying one can't be crafted, i just can't think of one myself and that's bumming me out...

Im going to throw a mean curve ball that might massively miss but here we go..
Abby's parents find out about mc and transfer her out of the school. I think moon said that maybe one of the girls will make a appearance in grandmas house at some point maybe Abby maybe Kayla maybe both ? lol
but Abby does feel sheltered and thats mostly parents fault so it could be a possibility. I did say i might miss lol
