Yeah for example if someone comes in and complains in a negative tone without constructive criticism and just says "this game has no Animation it's an instant 0 star!1!1" then he'll get appropriate answers. If someone speaks nice and isn't agressive then there wasn't anything to argue about.
We don't force anyone to like this Game, we had several people come in nice and civilized and say the don't like this game because this and that and explained why.
