However, it looks like all of the lesbian scenes between Cat and Liz have been removed (e.g. Cat licking Liz, etc..)

Make a backup of the scenes.rpy file, then replace it with the one I've attached so you can choose if the bisexual option is enabled.Ah ok

The scene is using the default value of
lizCatBi = 0 in the replay, so I added a menu choice to set it to 1 if desired.
