Play part two until it says on the screen to save now, that's when you save and copy that save file over to Part 3 installation. Then play part 3 and it'll work.

If you have all 3 parts of part 3 (0.38-0.40) and have installed the patch correctly and imported a save from part 2 and you still getting those error then I'm at a loss I'm afraid
