I have reported it as well so, we should see some results for this one. I can tell you he has some buddies who get kicks out of giving absurdly low reviews and supporting each other with reactions. I commented about it in my report. There may not be much the mods can do about the ones that "technically" follow the rules but whose comments are obvious bullshit. Jerks will be jerks... If it was me, and a sexy mother and daughter went through all the trouble to arrange a nice getaway to thank me for helping them so much, I wouldn't even think about inviting a 3rd girl to join us.
