The Laptop and Windows are both bought in Germany but I have all Language packs installed and default sys is Spanish,Then I don't know.
Yea, Steam in Germany does NOT sell any AVNs, and they plain block them for anyone with a german Steam account.

But, to answer:
1- Worth to play is subjective. Obviously, people that are in this thread will tell you it is worth it, or they wouldn't be here.
2- You install each part in a separate folder. Play them starting on Part 1. Save at the very end when the game tells you to.
