First couple releases were mainly just the MC and Nana, that's what I thought I was getting into. Turned out to be a complete fuck fest except for Nana

I think I saw that before, not 100% sure anymore. Should be either loading the wrong save in v.0.22 or merging the v0.16 and v0.22 folders.
After you re-downloaded and unpacked the v0.22 don't merge it with the old version. Just start it and load the save from the end of 0.16 that says "SAVE NOW".
I originally started this game because of the Italian neighbor caught my attention, at least I think she is Italian. But she is barely even in it. The thing that got me ticked off was all the Millie teasing and it still went no where in the end. This is why I think too many characters too keep up with is a bad thing when each update only covers 2 days at a time. I know Nana will be saved for last duh, I like that build up. There does need to be some kind of story and I don't really see one at all, unless the story is how many women can the MC have sex with before the game is complete is the story.
I still like the game don't get me wrong, I just feel like we are spinning our wheels here and getting nowhere with all the teases. I understand teases coming from the family members, but teasing from the side characters? sheesh
