What do you mean? You extract the game and then you extract the patch into the game folder.

Where did you get the patch from? If lewdpatcher, I think that is v0.05 and if you apply to v0.04 that maybe a cause.
If not we may need more info to help.

Thank you for giving the option of skipping some content/characters. Everyone has their own tastes, I get that, and my tastes so far have pretty much narrowed the LI list to about 4 as of the end of this update's content (0.04)
