I got the parallels. The thing here is, when do you stop abusive speech and texting? All in the name of " free speech", which Ain't free btw. What do you think happens to a person who threatens to blow up a school or a government bldg, hmm? In the Real world, hurling insults at a person, whether verbally, written, via video display or by texts, it's called Harrassment, an arrestable offense.
