Try putting this file in the "game" folder. If needed, change the name to variables.rpy to make sure it is the only one in the folder. I also want to make sure that you have part 2 installed in its own directory and not as an overwrite of part 1.
Havn't had such problems in both game parts in the gallery. Since you have more then one page you mean game v0.16? Because v0.18 (game part 2) only have one gallery page so far.

Ran into an issue so I had to download 1-16 again. I probably screwed up along the way and patched a version too far back (Need to clean up my 'H' folder).
The Download for Part 2, is versions 17 & 18 right? And the "update" is 'just' v.18 right?

Yes in version 2 part 17/18 are combined, the patch is only for part 18.

If it is the ZIP file, put it in the same folder as the .exe file. Then Extract the file as-is and it will put the patch into the 'game' folder for you. Easy-Peasy! :>)

Most all RenPY patches/mods go into the 'game' folder, unless the instructions say otherwise.Thank you.
Pretty easy platform in that regard.

One last question, if you don't mind.
I just started the game after putting in the patch. Once I start the game though, I asks for the MCs name and such, but then describes the grandmother character that you name as being a friend. Is this correct, or does it mean I did something wrong somehow?

Make sure the file called rels.rpy is in the 'game' folder. That is the file that controls it. Delete the rels.rpyc file if needed and restart the game. If the file is in the right place, it should be working.

Well, now I'm just baffled. I do indeed have rels.rpy in the game folder. I tried deleting rels.rpyc like you said. Nothing, still the same, with no relation to the grandmother character.
Maybe I installed things in the wrong order? I downloaded part one from here. What's next, do I apply the update patch first, or hte incest patch first?
